The warm (& occasionally hot) weather is now upon us and most air conditioning systems will now be in constant use.

Like any component on a vehicle, problems can & do arise within the a/c system. This could be due to a lack of use over a period of time, poor maintenance or even a sudden failure.  

When replacement components are required we understand that the quality of the replacement parts is a key factor.  This is why we have maintained close relationships with a handful of suppliers over the past 26 years.  

Our range of air-con components includes:

CONDENSERS


We stock a wide range of condensers for trucks, vans and cars.  Any condenser that isn't in stock is normally available the next working day.


We are also able to supply condensers for Off Highway Applications. So whether it's for a tractor, loading shovel or excavator, get in touch with the machinery details.


If the condenser has never been available on the aftermarket or is now obsolete we may be able to manufacture a new condenser to the pattern of the original. For more information on this service, please get in touch.

COMPRESSORS


Our range of Compressors covers the majority of trucks, vans & cars on the UK's roads. 


With an ever increasing part range we are also able to supply Compressors for a range of Off Highway applications. 


We supply Compressors from Mahle (who are an OEM manufacturer) as well as from other high quality aftermarket part suppliers. 

EVAPORATORS


We supply a range of evaporators for the most common applications.

DRIERS


The drier is a small but vital part of the air conditioning system. 


It acts as a filter and should be renewed whenever a new a/c component is fitted to a vehicle. If a new compressor is being fitted the part manufacturers insist a new drier is fitted to validate the waranty.


Most condensers come with a new drier built in, however seperate driers & filters are available.

With the advent of the warmer months, reliable vehicle air conditioning becomes essential to keep the driver cool & maintain comfort behind the wheel. Proper maintenance of the air-con system helps to avoid sudden breakdowns during peak heat. However, as with any vehicle component, parts do eventually fail & they will need replacing. When replacing worn out or failed components it is vital that the correct procedures are followed, ensuring that the system operates efficiently & effectively. When replacing the compressor, it is essential to follow the manufacturers guidelines as failure to do so will invalidate any warranty!
